The Elements Classes are required for all athletes who are new to CrossFit. It consists of 6 classes that cover the nine foundational movements of the CrossFit program along with conditioning work. Your ability to master these skills in the coming months is essential to your success as a CrossFit athlete. The conditioning will be scaled to your individual skill level -- expect it to be very challenging but within your capabilities. You can purchase Elements separately or with Unlimited classes the remainder of the 30 days (best option).
