Surely you know why you CrossFit.
Some people do it to look better (look good naked!). Others do it to be well rounded and fit athletes. Some do it to compliment another sport they participate in.
Many of you do it for a combination of reasons, but I bet most or all of you do it for how you feel when you leave the box. The sense of accomplishment and camaraderie you feel can't be ignored.
All of these reasons are why you shoud be setting goals, both long term and short term. Many of you are consistent with communicating these goals with me, but I'd like everyone who does CrossFit to sit down and write out a few long and short term goals. Then share those with me or another certified CrossFit coach - so we can help you accomplish them.
We all know that CrossFit can be frustrating at times. However, your goals will help keep you focused and on track for success, whatever you decide success is for you!
